Chmodding Issues?

I recently discovered that chmodding files over FTP have stopped working somehow. I have finally updated our FTP to a newer build on the server to see if it was the issue that will be resolved but it didn't resolve so I will get this issue solved again somehow on one day.

Scheduled Maintenance

Server will be down for hours while I upgrade the operating system to Windows 2008 R2 Server from Windows 2008 Server on the host after backing up the server. After all of that is done we will be back online. This would start anytime today or tomorrow.

Since I had issues upgrading to 10.0.1 few weeks ago of Parallels Plesk Control Panel software and this process have messed things up causing me to repair those screw up. I even tried to repair Windows 2008 but there was no repair option and it did a new install instead. That made me wanting to recover from the backup that was made few hours before this...

ALERT: DNS improvements on my server

I was also seeing if I need to do some changes to my DNS server because sometime it takes way too long to resolve the domain name to view this site as I have understood some tests on other servers to connect to here and I know some of you can view this site fast....
