Updated Sphinx #2 Task

    I have updated Sphinx #2 Task for daily rebuild by removing to stop and start the service because it seems that it does not work that way anymore due to errors. Also it is updated it again on 10-18-2011 by correcting the path to config file and to include --config even a new snapshot is provided here.
