Color Picker
Delight and Dedark modern sets comes with a live  color picker that lets you choose between more than 16 million colors. You can  also set predefined colors so users can have quick choices.

Also some other modern sets let you to change the background to suit your liking by a button (often found by a image that is selectable) and if you have a background that you wish to add to the site please PM me about it.
