Links Directory was just upgraded to 4.0 Beta from 3.3 Final and the changes even bug fixes are listed:

o Ability to follow/like categories and individual links
o Ability to report content using the built-in report center
o Repeatedly load an additional page worth of links via AJAX
o Ability to rate links using the star rating system used throughout IPB
o Adds support for the new tagging system, including prefixes
o Adds support for notifications such as comments on user links, new news, link approvals and rejections, and more
o Ability to customize the actual link to the website: direct link (hits updated via AJAX) or an entirely cloaked link
o Ability to set a category's default sort
o Ability to mass change link owners using multi-mod
o Top website bar when visiting a link has a fresh new look

o Update Announcement on 01-25-12 @ 09:15 EST: Link Directory is now 4.0 final as the upgrader was just applied today. It was some bug fixes from the beta build.
