About a month ago when we upgraded PHP to 5.3.8 as a fastcgi application from 5.2.17 as a ISAPI extension. A issue with open_base restrictions on this site have appeared as I have fully realized this last night and it should be fixed now.

o Update Announcement on 01-17-12 @ 05:30 EST: This issue did appear again and this should be fixed again with more corrected settings from Parallels Support team that I need to apply on my settings even with facebook login issue was a fake error or IPS's mistake.
